Grappling/ Submission Wresting: No Gi Jiu-Jitsu
Cardio Kickboxing: Circuit style workout that incorporates various kickboxing movements.
Yoga: Our Yoga classes focus on structural integration. We do some flexibility and strength training but that's not the focus of this class. We work on alignment of our bone and tissue systems to create a body we can live in and do daily activities without pain. If you have low back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, neck pain or find you have less than great sleep, COME JOIN US and we will work on those things together.
Open Mat: All levels and abilities Jiu-Jitsu, all gyms welcome with drop-in fee for non-members.
Bootcamp: Bootcamp classes where all fitness levels are encouraged. If you're just getting back into it or want to step it up a bit, modifications can be made. Each individual will feel challenged while remaining in their comfort zone during each workout. Every class is different, with a balanced combination of strength training, HIIT, mobility, cardio and body weight workouts.
Mindful Movements: Low impact, time under tension workout great for all ages and abilities. FREE for friends 55 yrs and older.
Adults Jiu-Jitsu: Gi- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Gi (Uniform)
Build strength, improve technique, and boost confidence in this dynamic weightlifting class. Perfect for all levels, you'll learn proper form, master fundamental lifts, and work toward your fitness goals in a supportive environment. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class will help you lift smarter, stronger, and safer.
Kids Kickboxing: Boxing fundamentals. Loaner glove provided however if you have your own gloves, please bring them. No sparing without a mouthguard.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu: Gi- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Gi (Uniform)
Benchwork Total Body: Plyometric cardio work using flat benches paired with weightlifting targeting the whole body. This class is 30 minutes long.
